Shipping
New Zealand
Shipping is free for all orders of NZ$80 or over within New Zealand or charged at a flat rate of NZ$10.
Australia
Shipping is free for all orders of AUD$120 or over or a flat rate of AUD$25.
No, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from receipt of order.
North Island - 1-2 days delivery
South Island - 3-5 days delivery
Australia - 4-7 days delivery
We do not dispatch over the weekend or New Zealand public holidays.
Orders are usually despatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days of receiving. Once it's onboard with a courier company you will receive a tracking link. Courier delivery times will vary - especially for regional areas.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

All our products are made in New Zealand using local ingredients.
No, we do not test on animals.
Our candles burn for 35 hours but we recommend candles are extinguised after 2 hours of burning.
This is due to your wick being to long. We recommend you trim the wick before lighting to approximately 0.5cm to prevent residue forming. You can easily wipe away with damp cloth or paper towel.
You may find discolouration of the diffuser liquid over time. This is normal and does not mean the product is faulty. We recommend you store your diffuser out of direct sunlight as this can cause discolouration, the change can also be due to the composition of the fragrance.
Diffuser caps are securely in place to ensure no leakage of the diffuser liquid. We understand the diffuser may be difficult to open.
We recommend gently wiggling the cap from side to side in an upwards motion until the cap is removed.
Once opened insert the reeds in the bottle, leave for 5 minutes the rotate the sticks upside down once a week to release the aroma. Be careful not to drip the diffuser liquid onto any surface.
